Budget Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. will accept returns of equipment, supplies and parts if returned within 30 days of purchase. Subject to the following conditions:

· Items must be returned in original new condition at purchaser’s expense for freight

· We do not accept returns for electrical parts

· Items must be received before refund is issued

· We will not accept returns of used or installed equipment or parts

· A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for the amount of returned items.

· If the item or items returned were shipped the cost of the freight will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for packaging the returned items securely and the return shipping cost.
