Incompatible Equipment	November 20, 2024

I was sold incompatible equipment and could not find an installer that would be able to warranty the equip for me nor the manufacturer. Thankful that Alexis addressed this issue for me without any prior knowledge and refunded my money to me minus the open box fee. She was great and a true asset to Budget with her excellent customer service and positive demeanor. Every other experience was sub par dealing with this issue.

The product I received was of great quality however USPS handled the item poorly. I had to tweak it back to its original form but I was satified with the results. It was a sheet metal product so with the right tools it was okay to finish my install.

Thermostat was defective I had to pay return shipping and then 10% fee considered restocking fee. Watch what you buy read all the fine print.

The salesman (Vic) was very helpful in my purchase. I had an issue with one item I purchased and they went above and beyond to make things right with me even though the item turned out to be fine and NOT a problem at all. Robert the manager took the time to make sure I was taken care of personally. As a home owner(not a contractor) I saved a bunch of money buying my heat pump from them directly. Customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend them! THANK YOU!

Excellent price, relatively fast delivery. Excellent customer service. I received an HVAC unit with a heat pump damaged. Elizabeth from Customer Service took care of the return and shipment of the new unit in 10 days.
I will do business with them again,(if needed).

I ordered a 4 ton Rheem heat pump. The wrong unit was shipped . The problem was fixed in a timely manner . I am extremely satisfied with Budget Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. I got a great price and will continue doing business with them !

I have purchased three units from Budget Heating and Air, and during that process we had to return two sets of line sets (didn’t need them), the staff in Houston Texas took care of it no problems, I highly recommend using this company and will be purchasing more units from them in the future, prices are great and staff is even better !
