Process went very well.  Schedule effort is seamless and only took two days to set up.  Local pick up at Houston dock is well organized and very simple.  The Bosch Heat Pumps are very nice and well priced.  This is third unit I’ve purchased.  This seer 15 is a back up system to top off those very hot or very cold days.  The variable speed compressor is a money saver.
