All units arrived without visible damage. Haven't opened cartons up yet to look at for hidden damage. Mike Kopel was very helpful in the whole process. Give him a raise! I may have more to add once the plumbers install the new units (have no idea if all pieces promised are there etc.).

Missed Promise Dates - Poor Communication

This order was placed with Budget because the parts were said to be in stock and ready to ship. It took two extra weeks for these parts to ship. Once they shipped a new promise date for delivery was set that was 10 days out. The delivery date has been missed and now we find out that the carrier handed off the shipment to another carrier who is going to extend the delivery for another 3 days. Communication / follow up has been horrible.

Great deal

Super easy transaction. Delivery was scheduled and got a call from the trucking company within the promised timeframe. Equipment was well packed, had it installed and works perfectly, big improvement from our old system. The only problem is delivery was on a 48’ ft. semi which couldn’t navigate our property or our cul-de-sac, so we had to hitch up our trailer and meet the driver a few miles away, big inconvenience when a buyer has no trailer to take delivery though I suspect the carrier shoulders the blame here. Overall, including installation, the cost was less than half what the HVAC companies were asking.
