I found the buying experience excellent. Vick was my sales agent and is a model representative of the quality of Budget Heating. I bought two heat pump units from Vick at Budget. This was not my first purchase from Budget as I tend to use them as mny preferred vendor.

Thanks to Budget Heating & Air for treating us with respect, professionalism and transparency. Everything's out in the open as it should be. The sales staff was extremely helpful. I am very grateful that I was introduced to this company.
