Part arrived out of package and damaged	August 24, 2022

Part was delivered in a manilla packing envelope. Capacitor was not in its box. Box looked old and was soaked in oil and capacitor is dented on the side. Can't tell if this was old stock or damaged in shipping. Packaging did nothing to protect the contents.
