the Heat strip that i purchased was exactly what was needed, took a little longer to get here, but I got it, seems the original that was installed in the air handler was already bad, the coils had dropped down on the lower portion of the strip shorting out the unit, so I really never had the full element producing heat, but....with the new element in place, I have heat and really good heat, and the furnace now turns off on its own...I didnt have all the inofrmation for the unit, so the Rep emailed for further information and made sure what was ordered was the right product, thanks for the looking out for the customer... I will buy from you again thanks a lot
