Once your warranty part request form has been submitted we will contact you within 2 business days if we have any questions or concerns. When your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing that an outbound order has been placed. Please allow 4-5 business days for your part to arrive.
All compressors & coils must be returned to Budget in order to process your order. If your part does not need to be returned we ask that you hold on to it for 60 days just in case it is needed. In the event that the compressor is not soldered you will be charged an additional $25.00 fee.
If your warranty item needs to be returned you may either send in the warranty part and once it is received, we will then ship out your replacement; or you may pay for the replacement part up front and we will ship it out to you. Upon receipt of your defective item you will be refunded. Please Note: You have 30 days to send in the warranty part in order for us to process your refund.
You must email or fax a copy of the invoice from the air conditioning company diagnosing the problem. We cannot process your order until this is received.
