We received our unit with damage from a fork lift. This could of happened at the warehouse or by the shipping company. We reported it and the Budget contact was both thoughtful and responsive. After an evaluation of the damage, we concluded that the damage was superficial and only affected the fins and not the core. When we went to install we found that the wrong line set was sent to me. It's liquid line was 1/4" instead of 3/8". This caused a problem for me and my customer. I was able to run to my wholesaler for a new line set. This did cost me time and money. The next Budget representative was courteous, but rather apprehensive to do anything for me. Probably had to go upstairs to discuss a solution. I was paid what I paid for a new line set.
