After receiving the my order really quickly, it was the incorrect part. They were excellent at getting me the right part overnighted. Unfortunately, the replacement piece was damaged (sheet metal product) when I received it, but I was able to use it after repairing it. Overall, they were good to work with and I would use and recommend them again.

The return filter box I received had broken welds, and bent sheet metal. I will now have to take the time to repair this, I shouldn't have to do this. The air box feels cheap probably only 30 gauge metal. I would except better from Budget Air than this.

Received package within specified period of  time. Recommend a sturdier box for light metal filter box. Filter box skewed slightly causing tac weld to break loose on filter rails. Used clear adhesive caulk with finger tips to secure rails till cured. All is good. In ordering the product the man was knowledgeable of his inventory and was able to direct me on there website of the above product. I would again use Budget for further purchases. Life is Good.

I 1st. called to make sure they had the item, talked to a real person, yes they are in stk., drove there, a sign posted on the door, no one allowed inside the building, due to the virus, # posted, I called, all went great. a few min's later a worker brought out my part I needed. They are now my #1 source for any a/c parts needed.
