I’m a first time DIY upgrade project of an awful looking 30 year old HVAC return grill.
Budget Heating made it easy from ordering online, the website was simple to use and easy to find exactly what we needed. Thanks to the helpful advice on the website to double check for the correct size, confidence was good the replacement grill would fit perfectly. It did!
I entered my email address incorrectly and called to correct. Budget Heating answered on the first ring. I was prepared to wade thru a complicated answering system but was a live person answered, no hand off to another person, and fixed the problem.
To top off my incredible experience my order arrived a day early. The best part was the quality of the product! The grill was well designed, built to last with a great finish, easy and simple to install.
What an amazing fresh look a simple replacement has made to our home. We will be ordering to replace every unit in our home. We could not be more pleased. Perfect.
