My 10 KW heat strip arrived in one day, perfect condition, well packed.  It came with instructions for installation and a new wiring diagram to stick on the cabinet.  Excellent.  Website was easy to use.

I would strongly encourage you not to purchase from Budget Heating and Air-conditioning unless your are a risk taker. My air handler was damaged and they refuse to make it right, they say its between me and shipping company that was working for them and chosen by them. They packed it, they chose the shipper and they say its not their problem...BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
