I CALLED TO ORDER THE HEAT STRIP AND BUDGET SENT ME THE WRONG HEAT STRIP, WHICH I ALREADY QUOTED MY CUSTOMER, NOW I HAD TO SHIP IT BACK AT MY EXPENSE, GET THE CORRECT ONE AND PAY MORE FOR IT WITH NEW SHIPPING. MY CUSTOMER WON'T PAY ANY MORE SO I HAVE TO ABSORB THE DIFFERENCE. NOT REAL HAPPY
