Very timely. Product was VERY carefully packaged. We were concerned because it didn’t look exactly like the old part, but everything lined up perfectly to keep my dinosaur furnace going for at least one more winter! Thanks guys.

I ordered a new heat strip for my air handler. When it arrived it was damaged called and sent a video of me opening the damaged part.  Matt was awesome to work with and shipped the damaged part right out the same day and i should receive it in the next day or two. been great to work with. I will do business with them again. In life $h!t happens and they stood by that and made it right.

Great service and quick shipping on this Heat Kit. I ordered this kit after a repairman diagnosed a burned out heat strip and some overheated wires in unit in the NC mountains. The repairman wouldn't even quote me on a replacement. He wanted to sell me a whole new system for $6K.
The kit was an exact replacement for the original. Took only about an hour to install.
