4 of 5 Brackets are strong but instructions were weak October 9, 2020

These brackets were amazingly efficient and now suited to have perfectly for the Mini split system, but I had to search online and ultimately  Sync out the manufactures English website to make sure I put them together properly.   They are super heavy duty.

They fit well and hold the weight of the outdoor unit on the wall great.  Only issue is I don't read Italian and had to track down the website for some installation clarification. Mainly, the rubber anti-vibration feet and what direction to place them and that there is a soft side and a hard side.  Good luck.

Didn’t purchase, Mike helped me by advising me to purchase the larger bracket that was needed for the siz unit I purchased.

One star because it won’t let me finish the review without a star rating on something I didn’t purchase.

had unit installed and runs well and extremely quiet- the only missing part was the 3" wall sleeve which I did not specifically  order.

This package was not sufficiently sealed, just some tape on the original stock box.  Pieces started to fall out as I brought it in, but fortunately nothing important was lost.  It lacked the needed instructions, but fortunately information on line was adequate for this.
