Line set showed up has it should in perfect shape. Budget always knocks it out of the park. They will continue to get my business on every job I do

I ordered the 50' copper line set for a new residential A/C install. The Pipes were shipped quickly and were nicely coiled, shiny and new, and capped on both ends to keep the lines clean -- good quality pipes. But, when I opened the box, I found that the outside coil of the 7/8" copper line was flattened from being dropped. So, I lost the use of the first 8' of line. I had enough line remaining, so I was still OK on this job.
The box was large and heavy, so I suspect that the line damage occurred during shipping. I took a photo of the damage, but no place to add a photo on this review.
I recommend better packaging protection in the box for heavy 7/8 coils.

I am in the process of replacing an old and very tired split system that still runs R-22. I needed a few more items to get started. I made a call to Budget, and talked to real person, who quickly routed me to a very knowledgeable real person who took my order. They had exactly what I needed, offered some great advice, saved me some money over what I thought I needed and I was done in a few minutes. Best yet, I picked the order up an hour later! This is the type of customer service we all want and often no longer thinks is out there. I could not recommend them more highly. Ask for Vic, he will make sure you get the best possible customer service!

Ordered on 08/03/2021 at 02:09PM. Still have not received the product (Copper line sets) when this review request was sent to me 08/20/2021. Tracking info has changed 3 times and I have called trucking company that still has not given me a delivery time. As far as the product can not review until product shows up
