Shipping package was horrible.
Package was 5 times larger than the items in the box.
The box was so damaged to the point that ordered items could have been lost. Fortunately  nothing was damaged or lost. The box had the top flaps folded in that items could be clearly seen. The bubble rap was useless it didn't even cover or protect the items. Better care must addressed in shipping. Other than that the ease in ordering was fine. I would order again just make sure attention is given to package size to item size.

I'm sure the Wye will be great once I get it but I ordered on 11/25 and the USPS tracking says they're waiting for package from seller.

Ordering was great. Payment procedure needs improvement though. Shipping needs improvement also along with a choice of transport companies and the ability to choose a terminal delivery location. All arrived in undamaged condition.
