I ask for a picture of the plug so I could compare it to my current plug because in the past in dealing with another supplier using the same part # I was sent the wrong product because the plugin was different. Budget replied to my request with a picture of their product within 24 hours, and it was the correct plug.
My only request would have been for a cheaper option for shipping other than priority.
