I was shipped the wrong product. At first, the person answering the phone told me that she believed that I would have to pay for the return postage. I asked her several times if she understood that what she was saying was ridiculous; she said yes and never offered to transfer me to her supervisor. However, the person who called me back was very apologetic, said that of course the first person was incorrect, and arranged for a shipping label to be sent to me via email AND arranged for the correct product to be shipped immediately; she even made sure that I checked the refrigerant gauge type, which, as it turned out, also needed to be replaced. She was VERY thorough and professional. I would order from here again with the belief that anyone can make a mistake and then improve from learning about it.
