The unit was delivered within a week of placing the order. Better yet, it arrived in pristine condition. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and managed to get the unit within a few feet of the concrete pad.

With fast track shipping, our new HVAC system was on a truck the same day we ordered it. We were emailed tracking information that helped us watch delivery progress and Mike gave us guidance on delivery inspection and steps to take should there be any damage or other issues.
