The sales and delivery process went easily and smoothly. The unit arrived without even a scratch in the plastic wrap. Extremely happy with the design of the heat pump.

I ordered a 3ton heat and air package unit, I was advised before final order on what I really needed, big help. After unit arrived and during install, I had a few questions which were answered quickly. I now have heat and AC. The unit works great!

Well price nice sales person. From order date till unit left the warehouse needs work. It took 2 weeks for that to happen. Shipping only took 2 or 3 days to receive it. But now I'm in the mid of another project I haven't got it installed. I would still give you my next purchase.

I had a 1980's unit on my home. it was getting BAD. Ordered a new one (heat pump) from Budget and they provided great service. They called to discuss my order and confirm it was correct. Checked to be sure I had everything I needed and followed up when it shipped.

I'm very satisfied with the package unit I choose.
Vick at Budget was very knowledgeable about all the
product lines they carry. He helped me to decide on the Grand Aire brand after comparing the warranty
on the other brands.
