Product works fine
Took 3 days longer to deliver
Ordered 12in reducer,didn't ship with order
When I requested it be shipped , response was I didn't order,but could reorder on website
As  I discussed the reducer with salesman in detail and even repeated it back when he read my order, follow up response was not correct
Otherwise happy with order

I shopped around for awhile and found Budget that had this unit for 2300.00 brand-new and just couldn't not buy it! They were great people and go  out to answer any questions! I recommend them over a company called One Hour Air whom I understand why they are called that because they take your money in an hour!
