One case of duct board was damaged in shipment. I refused delivery and contacted Budget Air. The matter was corrected quickly. No hassle, no problems.

Mike was great to work with and accomodating.  You would have received a higher rating if your shipping price was not so high.  Cost me $250 to ship two boxes to Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.  I have shipped 16 foot rolls of carpet from Dalton GA to Cedar Rapids for $130.  What gives?
