The container wasn't sealed.  Arrived with brown water.
Did not foam/ did not clean, even as a straight formula.  I have been using Ace Foam and Clean for over 30 years.  The new purchase arrived not sealed and diluted.  Purchase only sealed from factory.
If you can obtain, Foam & Clean new sealed gallon, works great.
