Please, it’s not your fault, it’s the manufacturer. I bought a new system , air handler, outside condenser. systems always come charged mine had some Freon. The system took 12lbs it shouldn’t have taken any refrigerant.. I don’t know if they are reimbursing me or not but it cost an extra $350. The guy did me a favor cause online it’s$ 45-$75 a pound. 12x$45=$520. Anyway I’m patently waiting on a response

I ordered a replacement part under warranty for a Bosch BVA 4 ton air handler on August 26. It is now September 13th and the part is still not on its way to me!

Blower fan motor under warranty	August 29, 2024

Its crazy to have to replace a blower fan motor on a brand new unit that’s only 2 years old. Its even crazier to be charged 2 processing fees, paying to ship the old part back & having to pay the labor to get new part installed. At this point is the warranty even wiorth having?

This is the second unit we have ordered from Budget. The first one has been flawless for a few years now. Budget found us the best shipping option to California and saved us some money. I love that you can fully research and buy the unit on their website.

AC was delivered with defect, paid extra for overnight delivery which had to be picked up in Tampa, 3 hours away, 6 hour round trip drive. Spent night in hotel so that I could pick up next day, unit did not arrive, spent second night in hotel, unit did not arrive, spent third night in hotel. Long story short, overnight shipping took 5 days and replacement unit was also damaged and had to be repaired and did not arrive pre-charged with Freon.

Sales person should have said something because i had to call to find out the order was on hold because there was an upcharge and delayed the shipping of order by several days.
