Purchased a new 2-1/2 ton Goodman heat/air system and the coil was damaged in the air handler as received.  After emails and calls, Holly worked with Goodman to get it replaced.  A couple of extra trips was required by my Installer and we encountered some shipping problems that caused more delays

Buyer is told to check for damage but I never thought I needed to look at a. Internal part when the unit and box showed no sign of damage.  Stressful time but in the end, all ended well.  Thanks Holly!

Bad Gas valve will not allow to heat.
Replacement valve took almost two weeks, no good. It cost me additional $150 to call serviceman to replace bad valve and turn on heat.

We had an issue with heating coils that failed in a very short period of time in a new install.  Budget tried every way they could to expedite the replacement parts.  It took longer than anyone would have wanted owing to the very cold weather, but they did their best.

Budget Heating sent the product directly to my home. The only charge was a miscellaneous charge that amounted to $19 which I was happy to pay. The people didn't give me the runaround once they understood what was needed! I will continue to do business with them!

Budget procured the warranty part quickly. There were some winter weather issues which delayed the coil swap out. The manufacturer wanted the old coil returned, so it was shipped to Budget within days of being removed from the system. Budget then processed the claim and returned my deposited cost of the coil.

5 of 5 Faulty heat pump mother board February 21, 2017

We ordered a furnace unit several months ago from Budget Heating to install in a spec home that I was constructing.  When we got to the point of hooking up the heat pump portion, we found that the mother board for the heat pump did not work properly.  Of course, our immediate thought was "Oh boy, here we go in an effort to get a company to warranty a replacement part for a furnace that was purchased several months ago!"  It turns out that there was no need for concern as Budget Heating has an amazing customer service man that sent us a replacement mother board with no hesitation whatsoever.  It was mailed out immediately for only a $19.00 shipping charge going across the country to our location.  Needless to say, we are more than pleased with Budget Heating as well as their customer service!  We wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future!  Kudos to Budget Heating!  Thank you so much!
