Blower motor was under warranty and and still had to pay processing and handling of $65 which to me is not a warranty.

I purchased my Mitsubishi from Budget Heating.com in October 2016 and it worked wonderfully until October 2018, when it ceased all indications of function. Budget Heating helped me obtain a new outside circuit board under warranty. It appears that there is a problem with the neutral in my meter box, which I am now having solved by a electrician. It is hard getting things done as this area was devastated by Hurricane Florence in September. I'm hoping the electrician's work will solve the problem, which is still a work in progress. Budget Heating has been wonderful in helping me, and I have recommended your Company to all my neighbors and friends. I appreciate your support. Jonathan Barnes
