Factory Defect on brand new unit |

Factory installed cap on liquid line of Gree Flexx evaporator was overtightened and damaged threads. It took almost a week to get approval for replacement, and then almost another week to locate replacement part. Once part was found, I was informed it would be 1 week shipping, or could pay $125 for overnight. I paid $125 on Friday morning for overnight to your facility for pickup on Monday. I drove 3 hours from Melbourne to Tampa in anticipation of part arriving which it didn't. I spent the night in Hotel $130 because it was guaranteed that part would arrive Tues from Jacksonville. Part did not arrive Tues. Spent another night in hotel $130. Part arrived Wed at 4:00 pm 5 days later, not overnight. Upon installation, new part was found defective with open copper line and did not come pre-charged with .55 lbs of Freon.
