I am very satisfied with Budget customer service and their quick response to my order and dispute.

One thing that is noteworthy that the sales person wasn't as informed as he should have been. I also found out that the discrepancies in pricing. I already knew the cost of the heating element from their website, but the sales charged me more than he should have. Then, I sent an email disputing the difference in pricing which Budget has refunded me after I contested the charges. I am very saticfied with their timely responses and credits to my account.
