I can not remember the reps name that took care of my order...but he was very responsive....we were back and forth several times on the phone because I needed a unit that was no longer in stock. Unit arrived a little over a week later...installed and all is well.....thanks for the great service...BTW you were $400.00 less than the local guy for the same unit!
