The product was in fine order as expected.

The issue I have is the "upselling" your company tries to do. It was an option to get the unit with or without the compressor pigtail. I felt this option was odd considering I have always received the pigtail from other vendors without an upcharge. I opted out of getting the pigtail to see if it would come in the box with the compressor. And.. BAMM.. it was there.

Your outfit is attempting to charge more money for components that come stock from the factory. I will not be dealing with your outfit again because of this dishonesty.
