Budget charged me a small cancellation fee which I found appropriate.  I was most appreciative of their assistance in catching my order and cancelling it and refunding me most of what I paid.

Due to a crazy set of circumstances, I placed this order, which was to take about ten days to deliver, but then my local HVAC contractor found a comparable system that was available immediately, with only a small increase in price.  Budget Heating & Air kindly charged me only the 3% credit card fee they'd had to pay, less than $100.00.  Thanks for understanding and being so helpful, folks!
