subtract 1/8''. We recommend the use of compatible thread sealant such as Nylog Blue and
tightening per manufacturer torque settings.
Maximum Strength
Brass consists of 65% copper and 35% zinc
which means high-tensile strength while resisting corrosion. The forging
process of fittings maximize strength and eliminate cracking. Vacuum pressures of 5,000 psi
can be handled depending on the size, materials, and conditions. Long
dryseal pipe threads minimize leakage and provide more clearance for
tightening flare nuts.
