A shout out to David for superior customer service! First, David worked with me to select and purchase the Fresh-Aire Blue Tube UV Light kit at a substantial discount. Next, he helped me troubleshoot my installation via phone when I couldn't get power to the power supply. Presto - a nice, blue, UV glow. I really appreciated his help - all my emails were answered quickly, usually within the hour. A pleasure to work with - knows his stuff! Thanks David.
