I ordered a 7.5 ton hvac system from budget under the impression from my sales man that it would be shipped out within 48 hours of my order, this order was not shipped out for over 3 weeks!!! I had to call every single day just to get the run around because no one had the courage to tell me the sales man didn’t have any of the products I needed in stock! I will never buy from budgetheating every again -10/10
