The air handler is designed to be installed in a multi-family apartment style housing environment (apartments, condominiums, town homes, etc...). The FMA4P wall mount air handler is a wall hung unit that fits in a closet above a water heater in most applications and has a louvered door or a return air grill through the wall to allow front or bottom return airflow. This unit CAN be converted to bottom return! Must be installed vertically in an up-flow application ONLY. Unit fits between standard stud spacings.

The central air EcoTemp outdoor condensers feature Copper tube/aluminum fin condenser with industry leading scroll compressors and TX valve metering device. The FMA4P air handler features copper tubing, aluminum fin coil with a less than 2% leak rate and include an energy efficient and reliable direct drive PSC 3-speed blower motor! The condenser cabinet is pre-painted over galvanized steel. The EcoTemp WCA series were intentionally engineered to be a compact design for narrow lots and ease of installation, allowing easy access with only 2 screws to access the control panel.
The 3 ton WCA4364GKA condensing unit is only 31.19" W x 31.19" L x 24.81" H and air handler FMA4P3600AL is only 22" W x 19" D x 39.5" H. The system features environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant and is factory pre-charged to 15ft!
