Was promised a call back each day since dec 26th and not one person has called back with information. Each day I just get the run around. The unit was purchased Dec 14th. Was suppose to be delivered the 21st. Unit has been at a terminal in Macon (less than 1hr from me) since dec 21st. I have inquired about picking unit up myself and now have been told we have to wait on an authorization from budget before they will release the unit to me. This has been a terrible experience. I still don't have a unit but budget gladly processed the payment. Customer service has given us the run around. I asked for a refund bc I have waited WAY too long and am exhausted with dealing with the run around and lies I have been told and still got another promise they would take care of getting the authorization for release and of course that was ANOTHER LIE. This is the 3rd unit I have purchased with budget and they have ruined my previous opinion of them being a good company.
