Our duct work was destroyed during Hurricane Milton, so we were without A/C for 3+ weeks in very hot, humid weather. We could not find the size Metal Wye we needed anywhere in the Fort Myers area and finally found one at Budget Heating in Tampa. I called them and was referred to Mike in Sales. He assured me it was available and would look for our online order and do what he could to expedite it. Our sincere thanks and appreciation as the Wye was delivered within a couple of days. We cannot tell you what a relief it was to finally have A/C. A million thanks to Mike and Budget for great service, a great price, and great employees!
