When I placed my order, I spoke with a very nice man - who struck me as a beginner order taker. It turned out I was correct because he shipped the grill to my house in Las Vegas, instead of a Motel in Beaumont, California. BOTH addresses must be on your order form when you look it up. It was a simple $32.00 grill, with what I was told was UPS Ground shipping it came to about $50.00. Of course the grill I need to replace, and the people to do it are in California..
Perhaps you could ship another grill to the correct address OVERNIGHT, so I can finish this project? Thanks for your consideration, Your Friend in Success, Bill Ball 800/347-2455, or text 702/917-0397? If you elect this option, I'll return the one in Las Vegas.
