bought a brand new in the box rheem package unit and it has never worked  , have had to pay a tech myself to figure out it had a bad txv , had it replaced and went out right away , replaced it a second time with same result , it's been going on for over two months now with no help from budget I'm over $700 into a brand new unit that still doesn't work and and seems unfixable , they want me to keep pumping money into it  ,don't buy from them they don't stand by anything they sell

A feather goes out to put in Vic's hat @ Sales!! The unit was boxed and wrapped and immaculate , not a scratch or dent and only 1 month old at the time of writing, the ducting and 38x72 Cladite Hurricane Slab, and couplings and a larger 24x20 Filter back grille, all packed very PROFESSIONAL . @701LBS!!! They put my order together on a Tuesday and by Thursday it was here via Saba Freight. Iam happy with happy with the sales dept. with Vic and the warehouse people and  the freight company all out of Tampa Fl. to Port Charlotte Fl.!!

Nick was very helpful in placing my order and ensuring that what I was ordering was what I wanted.  Shipping was quick and home delivery was no problem by FedEx Freight.  All around pleasant experience with Budget Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.  Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a replacement unit.
