This is the appropriate size wire to install your mini split system. 14 gauge is thick enough to allow the power and communication lines to function properly for single & multi-zone applications. Common 18/8 thermostat wire will NOT work properly and may result in issues later. Stranded copper is also recommended for mini split installs versus solid. This is offered in 15', 25' and 50' lengths to match our copper line sets also found on our website.
