I had to replace my A/C after going 3 years without; but I knew the only way I could find a replacement in my budget, with a reputable company and company service was allot to ask. And I was finding most of what I wanted to purchase had to go through a Distributor. Last year I spoke to Mike and spec'd out my unit. This year when I called it was like no time had gone by. And Mike had all the patience working with me to refine the order, back and forth with the installation company. And in the end Customer Service reviewed the order and advised us CA law required a change. What a saving grace. Before it was a problem! Lastly, I was able to speak to Customer Service regarding my order and shipping. Always available and very courteous. My order arrived with no problem, passing all visual inspections. I highly recommend Budget Heating & Air Conditioning as they came through on price and service.
